Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Aziz Art LLC (“Aziz Art,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at azizarts.com. Aziz Art operates as a multi‑vendor art marketplace, and all artworks are shipped directly by independent artists (“Vendors”) to customers.


1. Free Shipping (Contiguous United States Only)

Aziz Art offers free shipping on all orders delivered to the contiguous United States.
Shipping to non‑contiguous territories or other regions is not eligible for free shipping and may not be supported.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Vendors are responsible for preparing and shipping sold artworks.
  • Vendors are required to ship orders within seven (7) business days of receiving an order confirmation.
  • If an artwork requires additional preparation time (such as custom framing or special packaging) and this is clearly disclosed on the product page, the Vendor will notify the buyer with an updated timeline.

Failure to comply with the 7‑business‑day handling requirement may result in review or corrective action.


3. Delivery Time After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery time is seven (7) business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside the control of Aziz Art or the Vendor.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free for customers within the contiguous United States.
  • No shipping fees are charged at checkout for eligible orders.

5. Tracking Information

  • Vendors must provide tracking information when available once an order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

If tracking is unavailable, Vendors must provide confirmation of shipment upon request.


6. Packaging & Artwork Protection

Vendors are required to package artworks securely and professionally to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, medium, and fragility of the artwork.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Damaged Items

If an artwork arrives damaged, customers must contact azizartsllc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If an order appears to be lost or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe after shipment, customers should contact support so an investigation can be initiated with the Vendor and carrier.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aziz Art is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing artworks from multiple Vendors may be delivered in separate shipments, each with its own tracking information and delivery timeline.
