Aziz Art markets artists and artwork to US and European collectors primarily through investing in search engine optimization, curated digital email campaigns, and expanding its social media presence.
How do I know when my art sold?
You will receive an automated email from Aziz Art when your work sells.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce. Buyers pay upfront, and artists receive funds after the sale has been confirmed and shipped. Aziz Art collects payment on behalf of the selling artist and the artist is the seller of record. Artists typically use PayPal to receive payments and customers can use credit card, PayPal, Venmo, among others to purchase.
How is shipping handled?
Artists are responsible for shipping directly to collectors in the US and Europe. Shipping and insurance costs should be included in your sale price as we advertise free shipping to collectors. Collectors are responsible for paying customs fees which are not included in the sale price.
What commission do you charge on sales?
We receive a modest commission of 20% from sellers.
Are there any fees for artists?
Signing up and listing artwork is free. There are no upfront fees.
Can I sell through other channels?
Artists are welcome to sell independently and through other galleries.
How do refunds and returns work?
Refunds are only issued if the item returns to the seller in its original condition and packaging. Buyers must contact support within 14 days of delivery. Sellers should package items securely to avoid damage.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use encrypted payment systems and comply with industry security standards to protect your data.
Do artists set their own prices?
Artists set their own prices. There is a minimum listing price of $300.
