Aziz Art LLC – Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
- Artwork: Returns are accepted only if the item returns to the seller in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- Contact us at AzizArtsLLC@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
- Reason for return
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or item damage.
- Partial refunds may be granted for minor discrepancies.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
Exceptions
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Artist Protection
Aziz Art LLC reserves the right to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to ensure fair outcomes. Artists are not responsible for damage caused during transit unless due to improper packaging.
